Is there a contract involved?
No, you don’t have to sign any contract. You simply pay as you go, purchasing only as many credits as you need. If you require an advanced solution with long term contract and service level agreement, ask about our Enterprise Package.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your account at any time without any additional fees. However we do not offer refunds for pre-paid credits.
Are there any per keyword fees?
Yes, for additional keywords beyond what is included with your package.
Are there any limitations at all?
We allow you to send and receive up to 100,000 messages per month. Most campaigns will not even get close to reaching this limit. For those that do, we encourage you to ask about our Enterprise Package.
How does an end user opt-out from receiving messages?
By texting the word "STOP" to your assigned short code.
How can I upload or enter mobile phone #'s in my account?
This feature is disabled my default and can be enabled if required. Subscribers can be added to your list by sending a text message to your keyword, or they can enter their informatiom right on your website using our text message widget.
Is the free trial limited?
No, the free trial is exactly the same as a paid account.
